Penetanguishene Winterama, the longest running winter carnival in Ontario. A celebration of Canadian seasonality, Winterama is an opportunity to renew an interest in outdoor activity; enhance community spirit and pride through people, partnership and products; share the heritage and culture of the community and welcome families, friends and visitors alike in a seasonal celebration.

    The 78th Annual Winterama planning has begun! Be part of history, and help make the 78th Annual Button Design.

    The deadline for submissions is Friday, November 7, 2025. To encourage creativity, this year we only require the buttons to have the following information:


    1. 78th Winterama
    2. Penetanguishene

    Rules:

    • You must own the rights to any photographs used in your design.
    • Designs can be created in any format but must be submitted as an image file.
    • The year does not need to be included in the submission, but it will be added if selected.

    Note: If you choose to include more text, please consider including both English and French. Completed designs and any questions can be sent to events@penetanguishene.ca
