Description of the proposed Zoning By-law Amendment: The purpose of the proposed Zoning By-law Amendment is to rezone a portion of the subject property from the Neighbourhood Commercial (NC) zone to the Residential One (R1) zone. The application is intended to facilitate a Consent (severance) to create one (1) new residential lot intended for the future construction of a single detached dwelling (File No. B3/2026). The proposed rezoning would change the zoning of the entire subject property to Residential One (R1).
