Notice of Intention to Designate

On March 12, 2025 Council directed staff to serve a notice of intention to designate on the following properties pursuant to Section 29 of the Ontario Heritage Act:

  • 13 Fox Street;
  • 13 Peel Street;
  • 21 Peel Street;
  • 26 Water Street;
  • 27 Church Street;
  • 47 Chatham Street;
  • 50 Robert Street West;
  • 58 Robert Street East; and
  • 131 Main Street.

If no objections are received within the 30 day objection period, the designation by-laws will be passed.
