Draft Market Gap Survey and Analysis

On March 6, 2023, the Economic Advisory Committee met to review the draft report. Urban Metrics Inc. attended the meeting and provided a presentation with an overview of the findings and action plan. The Committee directed staff to return with an updated report with further details on the action items with particular attention to priority, staff resources, and budget considerations.
