Zoning By-law Draft

On December 8, 2021 a draft version of the new Zoning By-law and Zoning Schedule was presented to Committee of the Whole. The By-law includes all new zoning categories for the Town which regulate what and where you can build on your property. The update will affect all properties in the Town. Key items in review include regulations for laneway houses, Short Term Rental units, Accessory Buildings and Uses, and Parking Standards.
